Fondazione Maddalena Grassi takes care of its patients with the utmost commitment and professionalism.
The Maddalena Grassi Foundation has been recognized as a legal personality at both a regional and national level and is registered in the appropriate register at the Milan court. The Foundation’s assembly appoints the board of directors. The council is supported by a board of three auditors. The foundation is equipped with an organization and control model pursuant to law 231/2001 for which a supervisory body is active. Similarly, all the functions and measures referred to in the regulations on safety in the workplace, privacy and HACCP are operational.
For the exercise of all healthcare activities, the Foundation is authorized and accredited by contract with the S.S.R. which exercises a supervisory function on structural and organizational requirements. The company structure into different functions and roles guarantees adequate functioning.
