The high-intensity care home is located in Baruccana di Seveso, in via Meredo 39. It hosts 10 people on a residential basis and 2 people on a day basis. It has an agreement with the ATS of Monza-Brianza.
Today it is the second most important home in Lombardy for people affected by HIV.
Opened in 1994, offers Home Accommodation and Cohousing services. u>
It includes 2 residential units.

HISTORY OF THE STRUCTURE
The Casa di Seveso was the first structure acquired by the Maddalena Grassi Foundation, thanks to the generous donation of spouses Mario and Gina Zarpellon.
THE DONATION
The meeting between the Foundation and the spouses takes place in 1992, the year in which they decide to withdraw from the house and to continue in some way the work of providence that had allowed them to welcome around twenty minors in that very house in foster care.
THE PROJECT
The idea that takes shape is to adapt the building to welcome people affected by HIV . The process to achieve accreditation of the structure then began and on 10 February 1994 the first guest was finally welcomed.
THE RENOVATION h5>
In 2013 the house was renovated: two new apartments were built, raising the building and the lift was installed.
In 2014 the new apartments are inaugurated.
THE CHAPEL
In 2023 the chapel will be built, using the space originally intended for the garage.
THE ACQUISITION
1992: The house in Seveso is donated to the Foundation by the spouses Mario and Gina Zarpellon; it is the first structure acquired by the Maddalena Grassi Foundation.
DONATION: A WORK OF GOOD
The couple had decided to retire to private life but wanted to continue in some way the work of providence that had allowed them to welcome around twenty foster children into that very house.
THE PROJECT
- The Foundation decides to use the house for the reception and care of people affected by HIV. The process of obtaining accreditation for the facility begins.
- February 10, 1994: the first guest is welcomed.
THE REFURBISHMENT
2013: Construction of two new apartments and installation of the lift
2014: Inauguration of the new apartments
2023: Construction of the chapel, using the space originally intended for the garage.
