The <b>recipients<\/b> of the courses are mainly professionals who work within all the Foundation’s offer units. The courses can also be open to professionals external to the Foundation, depending on the organizational choices or the specific objectives for the individual course.<\/p>\n

The <b>panorama of training experiences<\/b> proposed mainly develops along three lines, which each operator can use according to their needs:<\/p>\n

<span class=”Apple-converted-space”>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<strong>SPECIFIC BASIC TRAINING<\/strong>: composed of short courses and mainly concentrated on topics divided by profession. It can include: organizational procedures and procedures related to daily practice, also with practical exercises and drafting of operational protocols, theoretical part on demand and a practical part, also repeated.<\/p>\n

<span class=”Apple-converted-space”>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<strong>MULTIPRESSIONAL GENERAL TRAINING<\/strong>: aimed at all professions, with a view to multi-professionalism. The courses are longer and are organized in such a way as to take into consideration more points of observation of the topic in question.<\/p>\n

<strong>ON-DEMAND TRAINING<\/strong>: makes available on a specific internal platform the recording of courses already presented in previous years or proposes new topics, through slide presentations with audio commentary.<\/p>\n

The <b>course delivery methods<\/b> are various: they can be organized in person, in synchronous FAD or in Blended mode. Generally, the Foundation supports the creation of courses with ECM accreditation for all healthcare professions.<\/p>\n

There is also an active agreement with the Order of Social Workers of Lombardy for accreditation for social workers.<\/p>\n
