It hosts 10 people on a residential basis and 2 people on a day basis. It has an agreement with the ATS of Monza-Brianza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today it is the second most important home in Lombardy for people affected by HIV.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Opened in <strong>1994<\/strong>, offers <strong><u>Home Accommodation<\/u><\/strong> and <strong><u>Cohousing<\/u><\/strong><u> services.<\/u><\/strong> u><\/p>\n<p>It includes <strong>2 residential units<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the first unit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>6 apartments (4 double rooms and 2 single rooms)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>10 beds in total<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the second unit:<strong style=\"text -align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-1ea99a7 ); color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2 apartments (2 double rooms)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>4 beds in total<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>HISTORY OF THE STRUCTURE<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The Casa di Seveso was <strong>the<\/strong> <strong >first structure<\/strong> acquired by the Maddalena Grassi Foundation, thanks to the generous donation of spouses Mario and Gina Zarpellon.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>THE DONATION<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The meeting between the Foundation and the spouses takes place in <strong>1992<\/strong>, the year in which they decide to withdraw from the house and to continue in some way the work of providence that had allowed them to welcome around twenty minors in that very house in foster care.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>THE PROJECT<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The idea that takes shape is to adapt the building to welcome <strong>people affected by HIV <\/strong>.
