It hosts <strong>10 people on a residential basis and 2 people on a day basis<\/strong>. It has an agreement with the <strong>ATS of Monza and Brianza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Concorezzo house was founded by <strong>Riccardo Ratti<\/strong>, a Camillian priest who provided assistance to people affected by HIV.<\/p>\n<p>Initially supported by some entrepreneurs from Brianza, the project lacked a formal organizational structure; for this reason in <strong>2005 <\/strong>Don Ratti created the <strong>Cooperativa Esserci<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>COLLABORATION WITH THE MADDALENA GRASSI FOUNDATION<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>< p><strong><\/strong>The occupancy rate of the house, however, is not high enough.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Don Ratti seeks a <strong>collaboration <\/strong>with the Maddalena Grassi Foundation, known for its assistance to HIV patients.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2008<\/strong>, the administrative director of the Maddalena Grassi Foundation, <strong>Emanuele Flaccadori<\/strong>, joined the <strong> strong>Board of Directors<\/strong> <strong>of the Cooperativa Esserci<\/strong> with the aim of increasing employment.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>A NEW ACCOMMODATION HOUSE <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In<strong>2009<\/strong>, having achieved the objective, Cooperativa Esserci and Fondazione Maddalena Grassi opened a <strong>second community<\/strong> for people affected by HIV: a low-intensity care home.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>THE CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>When Father Riccardo is recalled by his order, the entrepreneur who managed the structure decides to entrust its management to <strong>Emanuele Flaccadori<\/strong> and <strong>Elizabeth Cendra<\/strong>, already responsible for the Seveso HIV House of the Maddalena Grassi Foundation.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>THE RESTRUCTURING<\/strong> strong><\/h5>\n<p>In <strong>2017<\/strong>, considering the space available in the house, it was decided to start a renovation project to create <strong>new apartments<\/strong>. From the basement area, originally intended as a chapel, a two-room apartment, two studio apartments, a meeting room and a new chapel are created.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>TODAY <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Today the Maddalena Grassi Foundation manages the <strong>Low-intensity care home<\/strong> created in 2009, which hosts <strong>10 people in residential regime and 2 in day regime<\/strong>. The structure has <strong>6 apartments<\/strong>, of which 4 with double rooms and 2 with single rooms.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
